Waterloo Masters 2016-17

Following the success of the Waterloo Masters in the last 2 seasons, this tournament was staged again towards the end of the 2016-17 season (30th May). The event was won by Chris Hobbis.

As a reminder, the Masters format is as follows:

It is a 16-person, season-ending singles knockout tournament and is currently scheduled to be played at Spots & Stripes on Tuesday 30th May (This date may possibly need to be revised as there are several postponed league fixtures that will all need to be played to satisfy the following qualification criteria).

The top 2 players from each team in the Individual Player Stats qualify - check Here to see who was eligible from the Final Player Stats).

The 2 highest placed players in the stats leader-board who had not already qualified completed the 16-person draw as wildcard entries.

If either of a team’s top 2 were not able to attend (or don't wish to participate), eligibility passed down through their team as far as possible.

Any spaces not filled by team qualification became further wildcard entries as above.

Run as race to 3’s with Final a race to 4.
